Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Sullivan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serafin Cuevas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Serafin Cuevas was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sullivan slips a jab and a cross from Cuevas.
Cuevas avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cuevas misses with a wild combination.
John Sullivan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sullivan swings widly with a right hand
and Cuevas counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Sullivan lands a left and a right that send Cuevas crashing to the mat, dazed. Sullivan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Cuevas is rocked!

It looks like Serafin Cuevas has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sullivan looks to land a combination but Cuevas avoids it well.
Cuevas blocks a jab.
Sullivan walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Sullivan is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cuevas.
Cuevas lands a really nice looking cross but Sullivan seems unphased.
Sullivan misses with a double jab.
Sullivan throws a shot from downtown. Cuevas moves away and avoids it.

Sullivan lands a left and a right that send Cuevas crashing to the mat, dazed. Sullivan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Cuevas is still on wobbly legs! Can Sullivan finish him?
Cuevas walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Sullivan swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
