PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Scott Cain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pile Driver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Driver has chosen my way as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Pile Driver has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cain throws a hook but Driver blocks it.
Driver misses with a double jab.
Cain misses with a looping left.
Cain thumps Driver with a low kick.
Scott Cain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A shot to the liver by Driver. Beautiful body shot.
Cain fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Driver has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Cain lands with a nice combination. Driver backs away looking to recover.

That was a close round but I would say that Scott Cain will probably get the nod.

Cain lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Driver closes the distance and clinches up with Cain, looking for a takedown. Driver pushes Cain against the cage but Cain circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Cain cracks Driver with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Driver throws a right hand that Cain ducks under and follows up with a left that Cain also avoids with ease.

Cain throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Driver connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
