And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, David Schapiro and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miles is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sato sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Miles steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sato.
Miles keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Miles tries to clinch up.
Sato lands an overhand right.
Sato misses with a looping right.
Miles defending well as Sato loads up on a big left hand.
Miles ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sato moves away.
Miles throws a hook to the side of Sato's head but Sato sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sato lands a nice shot that snaps Miles's head back.
Sato with a nice cross.
Sato misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Miles on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Miles closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Sato takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Miles lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Miles in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Miles trying to control the action but Sato is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miles lands some shots froms side control.
Sato is rocked!
Miles lands a strong strike to the head of Sato. That's dazed him! Miles looking to finish here. Sato is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Miles lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
