Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Mortensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Charles Brock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mortensen's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, La gazza ladra. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mortensen connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Brock momentarily.
Brock swats away the attempt to clinch by Mortensen.

Brock closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mortensen did well to prevent Brock getting side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Brock seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mortensen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Brock is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mortensen doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Brock.
Brock content to control rather than advance.
Mortensen preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

Brock looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Brock has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Mortensen defend it? Brock steps over the head and cranks it - Mortensen is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Brock!
