Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yehia Kamel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Rowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Craig Rowe!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rowe looks to land a combination. Kamel sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Rowe tries to clinch up.
Rowe tries to clinch but Kamel moves out of range.
Kamel pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rowe is looking to clinch but Kamel is avoiding it.
Kamel rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rowe makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Kamel blocks a head kick by Rowe.
Kamel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kamel walks forward, straight into a front kick from Rowe.
Rowe shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kamel sprawls well. Kamel wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rowe gets slowly back to his feet.
Rowe throws a nice head kick!

Kamel is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kamel rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rowe counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Oh Kamel is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kamel misses with a lunging right hand
and Rowe counters with a body kick that stops Kamel in his tracks momentarily.
Kamel rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Rowe counters with a good low kick that Kamel was not able to check.
Kamel lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Rowe looks for a takedown but Kamel sprawls well.
Kamel misses with a jab to the body
and Rowe counters with a nice kick to the body.
Kamel is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rowe misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Yehia Kamel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Craig Rowe.

Rowe pushes Kamel up against the cage in a clinch.
Rowe is trying to maintain a safe position but Kamel gets an underhook and turns Rowe into the cage.
Rowe wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Kamel doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Kamel struggles to land a body shot inside as Rowe controls his hands.

Rowe pulls guard effortlessly.
Kamel seems to have got his legs back now.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Kamel stops Rowe from standing up.
Kamel postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Kamel is in close to Rowe's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Rowe looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Kamel has picked Rowe up and slammed him! Rowe can't keep hold of the triangle and Kamel manages to pass to side control!
Rowe really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kamel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rowe is letting Kamel control him for a moment.
Kamel scores with a couple of short elbows.

Kamel is working to tighten is grip on Rowe's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Rowe has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kamel is really squeezing tight and eventually Rowe passes out! Kamel breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
