Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gun Slinga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boris Balkan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Balkan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kosovo is Serbia. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slinga ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Slinga cracks Balkan with a good jab.
Slinga slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Slinga misses the jab.
Nice uppercut there from Slinga.
Slinga moves out of range of the body kick from Balkan.
Balkan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Slinga sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Slinga with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Balkan looks gassed!
Slinga lands a jab to the nose.
Slinga thuds a left hand into Balkan's body.

Slinga sends Balkan crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Slinga is motioning to the referee to let Balkan up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Balkan is rocked!

Slinga moves into the clinch successfully.
Slinga lands a nice shot to the body.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Slinga creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Slinga breaks from the clinch.
Slinga misses with a double jab.

Slinga closes the distance and pushes Balkan back into the cage.

Slinga breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Slinga takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Slinga moves into range and clinches up with Balkan.

Slinga's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Slinga pivots, looking for a leg kick but Balkan is out of range and Slinga settles back down.
Balkan on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Slinga closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Slinga lands with a right to the head.

Slinga's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Slinga lands with an uppercut that bounces Balkan off the cage and back into range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Slinga blocks the body kick.
Gun Slinga is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Slinga rushes Balkan and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Slinga lands with a light punch inside.
Balkan can't find room to land a body shot as Slinga controls the action.

Slinga breaks from the clinch.
Balkan fails in his attempt to clinch.
A jab lands there for Slinga.
Balkan is still on wobbly legs! Can Slinga finish him?
Balkan misses with a jab to the body
and Slinga counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Balkan seems to have recovered his senses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Slinga lands an uppercut, right on the button! Balkan tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
