Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between MAdaLION Stoner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ebeneezer McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoner fails in his attempt to clinch.
McCoy lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
McCoy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stoner.
McCoy looks to throw the jab but Stoner is out of range.

McCoy gets tackled into the cage by Stoner. Stoner maintains the clinch.
McCoy misses with a hook from the clinch.
McCoy gets through Stoner's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
McCoy goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Stoner manages to break the clinch.
Stoner uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from McCoy.
McCoy lands a jab to the head.

McCoy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

McCoy swings for the body but Stoner moves out of range.
Stoner moves forwards but McCoy connects with a nice, crisp jab.

McCoy is working an open guard so Stoner takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Stoner is trying hard to land a takedown here. McCoy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A decent looking cross lands there for McCoy.
Stoner closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. McCoy quickly recovers to half guard.

McCoy is in all sorts of trouble here.

Stoner seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down McCoy for as long as he can get away with.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
McCoy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stoner manages to avoid it.
McCoy throws a body punch but Stoner moves out of range.
MAdaLION Stoner is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Stoner rushes McCoy and presses him up against the cage.
McCoy struggles to land a body shot inside as Stoner controls his hands.
Stoner drags the fight down to the ground.
McCoy must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Stoner is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and McCoy defends well.
McCoy wants to control from the top but Stoner keeps moving.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Stoner manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
McCoy tries to control Stoner's body but Stoner pushes him off. McCoy squirms to his side and now Stoner has his back!
Stoner is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Stoner is persistently looking for the submission but McCoy is defending it well.
Stoner scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. McCoy is looking for a way out.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stoner throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting McCoy!

Stoner is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
McCoy looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
MAdaLION Stoner overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
McCoy is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Stoner gets his way!

Stoner is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Stoner slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
McCoy clobbers Stoner with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Stoner misses with a wild combination.
McCoy missing with a left hand there. Stoner was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Stoner closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

A lull in the action here as Stoner stalls from top position.
Stoner's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Stoner decides to take the fight back to the feet.

McCoy misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stoner.
Stoner fails with the takedown.
Stoner throws a wild body kick that McCoy sees coming a mile off.
Stoner drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Stoner is looking to take a break and control but McCoy is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Stoner stands up and beckons McCoy to his feet.
MAdaLION Stoner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stoner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
McCoy can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Stoner controls the pace.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stoner slips nicely into half guard.
McCoy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
McCoy wants to get back to full guard.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
We're going to have a standup here because MAdaLION Stoner wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Ebeneezer McCoy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
MAdaLION Stoner is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Stoner, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
