Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lars Voller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dova Lova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lars Voller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dova Lova!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Chad Campbell and John Kavanagh.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lova.
Voller moves away from the strike by Lova.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lova crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Voller - the referee stops the clock and Lova gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Voller. Lova manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Lova shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Voller defends it nicely.
Lova ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Voller moves away.
Lova tries for a takedown but Voller sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Lars Voller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dova Lova.
Lova lands with a nice body punch.
A solid leg kick lands there for Voller.
Lova misses with a takedown attempt - Voller sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Lova shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Voller manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Lova is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Voller defends it well.

Lova is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Lova goes for an armbar but Voller turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Voller.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Dova Lova dominated that round.

Voller throws a leg kick but Lova moved away.
Voller on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Lova ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Voller moves away.
Voller throws a leg kick that misses.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Voller. Lova shrugs it off though.
Voller misses with an attempted mid kick.
Horrible takedown by Lova or perhaps it was just good defense by Voller which made him look bad.
Voller feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lova's calf.
Dova Lova seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Good work by Lova as he checks the leg kick.

Lova thuds a left hand into Voller's body.
Jab, jab by Lova - just one landing.

Lova darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Lova is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Lova wants to free his trapped foot but Voller is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Voller is refusing to be controlled, as Lova sits in half guard.

Lova frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Voller knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lova on the ground.

Lova moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Voller has worked his arm free - good work by Voller!
Lova prevents Voller from escaping the position.

Lova tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lova has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Lova passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Voller!

Lova goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Voller turns into him and now he's in Lova's guard.

Lova is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Voller frees his head nicely. Oh but Lova has switched to an armbar! Voller is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
