Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Bowser Stormcrow!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thane Krios!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Krios crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stormcrow - the referee stops the clock and Krios gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stormcrow. Krios manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Stormcrow wants to clinch.
Stormcrow defending well as Krios loads up on a big left hand.
Krios rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stormcrow counters with a nice leg kick.
Nice body punch from Stormcrow.
Krios chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Stormcrow can pounce on him.
Stormcrow jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Krios throws a lazy right hand but Stormcrow sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Stormcrow ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Stormcrow buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Stormcrow darts in and clinches Krios up against the cage.
Stormcrow struggles to land a body shot inside as Krios controls his hands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stormcrow lands an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Krios prevents a body shot from Stormcrow.
Krios wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stormcrow has him pressed against the cage.
Krios misses with some punches.
A frustrated look appears on Krios's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Stormcrow presses Krios against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Stormcrow blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Stormcrow lands a body punch.
Krios wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Stormcrow lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Krios backwards.
Stormcrow's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Krios cracks Stormcrow with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Stormcrow gets a clinch.
Stormcrow lands a hook to the side of the head.
Stormcrow lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Krios or not.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Stormcrow scores with a shot to the side of Krios's head.
Stormcrow throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Stormcrow lands a hook to the side of the head.
A left hand lands to the body for Stormcrow.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Still in the clinch, Stormcrow scores with a nice short uppercut.
Stormcrow breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Stormcrow moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Stormcrow lands a head kick. Krios smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Bowser Stormcrow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stormcrow lands a big head kick that sends Krios tumbling to the mat! Stormcrow takes a step backwards and waves Krios back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Krios is rocked!
It looks like Thane Krios has been cut.
A head kick by Stormcrow - that's a beauty! Krios is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Stormcrow can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bowser Stormcrow!

Bowser Stormcrow tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
