The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Schilling clinches up with Fuentes and pushes him back against the cage.
Schilling connects with a nasty looking knee right to Fuentes's face.
A head punch on the inside from Fuentes fails to land.
Fuentes wants a takedown but no success here.

Schilling breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Schilling fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fuentes, pushing him back against the cage.

Fuentes drops down looking for an ankle pick but Schilling pulls his leg out and moves away.
Schilling lands with a thumping leg kick.
Fuentes looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Fuentes gets tackled into the cage by Schilling. Schilling maintains the clinch.

Schilling's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Schilling escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Schilling and Fuentes goes tumbling to the canvas! Schilling follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

It looks like Mark Fuentes has been cut.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Schilling wants to stand up but Fuentes has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Schilling throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Schilling drops Fuentes with a right and a left! Schilling comes rushing in but Fuentes regains his composure and manages to keep Schilling in guard.

Fuentes is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fuentes takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Schilling connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Schilling thumps Fuentes with a low kick.
Fuentes backs away from a small jab... but Schilling lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Fuentes crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Schilling with a spectacular finish!
