Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jon Hess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keoni Kain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hess comes to the ring accompanied by Curl Of The Burl. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kain tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kain moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A punch lands to the side of Kain 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Keoni Kain has been cut.
Hess misses with a kick to the body
and Kain counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Kain takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kain misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kain connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Jon Hess has been cut.
Kain is looking to land body kicks.
Keoni Kain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hess misses with a kick to the body.
Kain thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hess if he has to take too many more of those.
Hess is breathing heavily.
A jab lands there for Kain.
Hess moves out of range of the body kick.
A thudding body kick lands there by Kain!
Kain steps in and throws a big head kick that drops Hess to the mat! Hess looks in trouble, can he beat the count? Kain is bouncing in a neutral corner joining in with the referee '4,5,6' they both chant. 7,8,9... he's not going to make it! 10! He's out! Kain jumps onto the ropes and takes in the acclaim from the crowd!
