Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Kourdakov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and D J Rich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kourdakov comes into the arena with Sonata Arctica - San Sebastian blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kourdakov misses with a wild body shot.

Rich throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kourdakov was covering up waiting for the punch and Rich finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Kourdakov is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Rich is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
