The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dare misses with a low kick.
Dare scores a takedown into full mount!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Dare pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Dare with the ground and pound from mount.
Dare controlling from the full mount.
Marshell tries to lock up and control but Dare gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Marshell is working to get back to half guard.
BOOM! Dare connects with a massive shot to the dome!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Marshell tries to hold on but Dare postures up.
Dare content just to control the position here.
Dare's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Dare is landing with some decent strikes but Marshell is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Dare cracks Marshell with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Dare controlling his opponent.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Dare! Marshell is hurt baaadly! Dare is firing away with more strikes - Marshell is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
