The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edwards throws a low kick but it's checked well by Crabby Jef.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Edwards.
Dj Crabby Jef seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crabby Jef lands an overhand right.
The fighters circling - Crabby Jef throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Crabby Jef lands a jab.
Crabby Jef cracks Edwards with a right hand to the side of the head.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Crabby Jef is defended easily by Edwards.
Crabby Jef misses with a right hand
and Edwards counters with a leg kick.
Edwards throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Crabby Jef stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Crabby Jef closes this distance looking for a takedown but Edwards circles away.
Crabby Jef throws a lazy right hand but Edwards sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Crabby Jef shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Edwards pinned against the cage. Edwards gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dj Crabby Jef. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Edwards turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Crabby Jef throws an overhand right that lands on Edwards's shoulder, as Edwards tries to avoid the shot.
Edwards feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Crabby Jef's calf.
A slow jab from Edwards misses its intended target.
Edwards dodges the punch combination from Crabby Jef.
Edwards with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Crabby Jef to score with a decent uppercut.
Crabby Jef jabs Edwards right on the nose. Edwards blinks but takes it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Edwards uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Crabby Jef.
Crabby Jef connects with a body shot.
Edwards connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Crabby Jef momentarily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Edwards buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Edwards throws a head kick that misses.
Edwards walks into a straight right hand from Crabby Jef.
Edwards drops Crabby Jef with a beautiful combination! Crabby Jef stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Edwards is looking for the KO!

Crabby Jef doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Oh Crabby Jef is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Crabby Jef is breathing heavily.
Edwards cracks Crabby Jef with a left hook right on the temple and Crabby Jef goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Edwards lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Crabby Jef is OK!
