Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Agamemnon Coon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by 3 little pigs. Agamemnon Coon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins is looking to clinch.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jenkins enables Coon to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jenkins manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Coon distracts Jenkins with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Jenkins wants to sweep here but Coon controlling him for the moment.

Jenkins is looking to stand up but Coon isn't so interested in that idea.

Jenkins is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Coon is controlling him.

Coon keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jenkins's head.

Coon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Coon working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Jenkins's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Coon passes Jenkins's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Coon takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Jenkins is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Coon slips a nice elbow through Jenkins's hands, connecting with Jenkins's forehead.
Jenkins is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Coon scores with a couple of nice shots.

Jenkins pushes Coon off looking to stand but Coon dives back in and keeps control.
Coon working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Jenkins is still in real trouble! Can Coon finish him?

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Coon cracks Jenkins with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Coon immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Jenkins is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Coon!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Agamemnon Coon!
A very excited looking Agamemnon Coon rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
