Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between El Luan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smoke Alkn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). El Luan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Smoke Alkn's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alkn gets a takedown into half guard.
Luan is staying active underneath Alkn, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Alkn is looking to advance position but Luan won't allow it.
Alkn sitting and controlling from the half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Alkn wants to control but Luan is keeping him busy.
Alkn is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Alkn misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Luan gets back to half guard.
Luan moves into full guard.

Luan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Alkn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Alkn has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Luan to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Alkn is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Luan pulls down on the head and he's put Alkn to sleep! This one is all over!
