The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov fails with a takedown attempt.
Lee throws a hook but Ivanov avoids it easily.
Lee works over Ivanov's head and body with a nice combination.
Lee looks to score with a jab to the body but Ivanov is just out of range.
Lee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ivanov.
Lee avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Lee connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Ivanov misses with an uppercut. Lee saw that one coming.
Lee is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Ivanov's half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Lee tries to free his leg and advance position but Ivanov is retaining full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lee accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Ivanov working for submissions but it's allowed Lee to get to half guard.
Lee wants to free his trapped foot but Ivanov is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Ivanov is trying to control but can't.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lee thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Ivanov's head.

Lee thows a huge punch but Ivanov dodges it nicely.

Ivanov is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Lee's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Lee's back!
Ivanov is cranking Lee's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Lee! He's tightened the choke and Lee is tapping out!
