Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Senca Caliot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenshi Yoshino!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caliot throws a sloppy head kick and Yoshino moves out of range easily.
Caliot tries a head kick but it misses.
Caliot misses with a head kick.
Yoshino has managed to clinch.
Yoshino drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Caliot gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Caliot is pressed up against the ropes. Yoshino has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Caliot down to the mat. Caliot avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Yoshino misses with a straight right.
Yoshino shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Caliot napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Yoshino in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Caliot is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
