The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head lands with a right hand.
Colombo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Colombo and Head goes tumbling to the canvas! Colombo follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Head is rocked!

It looks like Dil Head has been cut.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Head looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Oh Head is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Head is looking to improve his position.
Head seems to have got his legs back now.
Colombo tries to pass to full mount but Head defends it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Head manages to get to full guard.
Colombo wants to control from the top but Head keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Head is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Colombo rolls with it to try and escape but Head cranks on the arm and Colombo is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
