Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zen Blood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Zen Blood has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Zen Blood!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 1, fighting out of London, Kane Fury!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blood shoots in and drives through. Fury sprawls well.
Blood swats away the attempt to clinch by Fury.
Nice takedown defense from Fury. No joy for Blood on that attempt.
Blood shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fury sprawls well. Fury wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Blood gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zen Blood. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Blood is defended easily by Fury.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fury.
Fury shoots for a double leg takedown but Blood sprawls well. He's pushed Fury's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Fury shoots in for a takedown but Blood shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Blood shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fury but Fury pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Fury fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Blood avoids it really well and circles away.
Blood shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fury as he jumps to the side.

Blood gets caught flat footed, as Fury shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Fury avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Fury throws a big right hand that misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fury with a flurry of punches that miss.
Fury with a nice head shot there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fury throws a big elbow that misses.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Fury's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Blood bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Fury's guard.

Fury is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Fury manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Blood manages to get himself to full guard.
Fury has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Fury drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Blood dives on top into guard.
Fury is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

That's four minutes gone in the round.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Blood drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Fury dives on top into guard.

Blood had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Fury defends it easily.
Blood wants to sweep but no luck.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Blood is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Fury is aware though and is defending well.
Fury in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Fury loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kane Fury dominated that round.
That's time! Blood's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Fury stuns Blood with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Fury shoots in but Blood avoids the takedown attempt easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Fury enables Blood to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fury manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Blood is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Fury is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Fury has escaped and now he's on top!

Fury postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Blood is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Fury, into his guard.
Fury manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Blood in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Blood tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Fury is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Blood is forced to tap! Great finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Kane Fury!
