Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Boy Puti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Scheckler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Boy Puti!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ted Scheckler!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puti misses with a shot to the body
and Scheckler counters with a two punch combo.
Puti takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Nice sprawl there from Scheckler as Puti shoots in.
Puti goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Scheckler bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Puti's head backwards.
Puti shoots in looking for a takedown but Scheckler manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Puti's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Puti tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ted Scheckler hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Scheckler's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Puti connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Scheckler scrambles back to his feet.

Puti drops his hands momentarily and Scheckler takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
