The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by McAlister.
Rave shoots in looking for a takedown but McAlister manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rave's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
McAlister jabbing away but nothing is landing.
McAlister takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
McAlister connects with an inside leg kick.
Rave connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
McAlister takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Rave takes a swing at McAlister's ribcage but misses.
The fighters circling - McAlister throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
McAlister walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rave checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Rave throws a low kick, looking for McAlister's leg but McAlister calmly moves out of range.
McAlister swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rave avoids the head kick by McAlister.
McAlister misses with a body kick.
McAlister misses with a low kick.
McAlister tries to bum rush Rave with a series of wild strikes but Rave uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

McAlister throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rave fakes a jab and throws a low kick but McAlister checks it well.
Rave looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
McAlister throws a leg kick but Rave sees it coming and moves out of range.
McAlister comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
McAlister throws a hook but Rave avoids it easily.
Rave on the wrong end of a nice hook.
McAlister throws a leg kick
and Rave counters with a nice body kick.
McAlister takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
A low kick from Rave is predictable there
and McAlister counters with a straight right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rave closes this distance looking for a takedown but McAlister circles away.
A nice inside leg kick there by Rave. That's going to slow McAlister down.
Rave is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McAlister.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Rave.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Rave tries to land a front kick but McAlister steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Rave throws a lazy body kick

and McAlister counters with a crisp one two that drops Rave! McAlister thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Rave to his feet! Rave is in big trouble!

Rave is rocked!
Rave is aggressively charging in as McAlister backs up avoiding any damage. McAlister tosses out a jab and Rave runs right into it face first! Rave is out cold! McAlister dropped down on all fours and is barking in Rave's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Duncan McAlister!
A relieved looking Duncan McAlister thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
