Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gregor Clegane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryan Dux will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gregor Clegane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan Dux!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Lou da Vinci and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clegane throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Clegane.
Dux throws a head kick that misses.
Clegane throws a leg kick
and Dux makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.

Clegane fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dux, pushing him back against the cage.
Clegane is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Dux misses with a hook to the ribs.
Dux struggles to land a body shot inside as Clegane controls his hands.
Dux takes an elbow to the temple.
Dux is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Dux wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Clegane is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Dux is defending well.
Dux is looking to control Clegane's arms but Clegane gets an underhook and turns him. Now Dux has his back to the cage.
Clegane on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Dux tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Clegane avoids it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dux misses with an elbow strike.

Clegane ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Clegane no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Dux is looking to stand up but Clegane won't let him.
Clegane might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Clegane seems keen to control Dux's posture.
Dux must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Dux seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Clegane has a closed guard, preventing Dux from standing up.
Clegane is adopting a defensive guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Dux checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Clegane blocks a head kick by Dux.
Dux throws a head kick but Clegane moves out of range.
Clegane fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dux has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Clegane with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Clegane throws a sloppy head kick and Dux moves out of range easily.
Dux misses with a body kick.
Clegane throws an overhand right that lands on Dux's shoulder, as Dux tries to avoid the shot.
Clegane fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Dux looks gassed!
Clegane throws a head kick but Dux moves out of range.
Dux throws a sloppy head kick and Clegane moves out of range easily.
Dux throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A clash of legs there as Clegane blocks the low kick.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Clegane checks a leg kick.
Dux tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dux fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Clegane.
Clegane moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Good leg kick by Clegane there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Clegane lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Clegane throws a quick inside leg kick.

Clegane looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Clegane controls from within his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dux avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Dux is trying to keep Clegane in close.
Clegane cracks Dux with a solid left hand.
Clegane tries to free his leg and advance position but Dux is retaining full guard.
Clegane showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Clegane has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Clegane looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gregor Clegane dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


An inside leg kick from Clegane misses.
Clegane throws a leg kick which misses Dux's front leg but catches the back leg as Dux tries to avoid it.
Clegane is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Dux can do to turn this around?
Clegane attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Dux gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Dux throws a sloppy head kick and Clegane moves out of range easily.
Dux lands a jab to Clegane's midsection.
Dux takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dux blocks a low kick nicely.
Clegane scores with a leg kick.
Dux is breathing heavily.
Clegane changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Clegane lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Dux crumples to the floor! Clegane milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
