PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Beretta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Guerrier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beretta's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Hed Pe Raise Hell. Guerrier is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Guerrila Radio. On his way into the cage it seems that Dylan Beretta has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dylan Beretta seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guerrier throws a head kick but Beretta moves out of range.

Beretta feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Guerrier! Beretta is out on his feet! Guerrier rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Beretta is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Beretta is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
