Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gummi Tarzan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonidas Katsaros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Katsaros is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: 卍卍卍. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gummi Tarzan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Leonidas Katsaros!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarzan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Katsaros circles away.
Tarzan blocks a leg kick.
Tarzan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Katsaros has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Katsaros lands with a hook. Tarzan tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The crowd cheers as Katsaros lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tarzan doesn't seem phased though.
Katsaros throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Katsaros slaps away a takedown attempt from Tarzan, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A combination from Tarzan does no damage.
Tarzan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tarzan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Katsaros.
Tarzan shoots for a double leg takedown but Katsaros sprawls well. He's pushed Tarzan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gummi Tarzan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tarzan tries a head kick but it misses.
Katsaros throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Tarzan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Katsaros but Katsaros pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Katsaros connects with a leg kick. Tarzan looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Tarzan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Katsaros sprawls well. Katsaros wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tarzan gets slowly back to his feet.

This has been an exciting period of action!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tarzan accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Tarzan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Tarzan wants to pass the guard but Katsaros is keeping the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Gummi Tarzan wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Katsaros connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Tarzan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Katsaros changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Tarzan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Katsaros can pounce on him.
Katsaros clobbers Tarzan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Gummi Tarzan has been cut.
Leonidas Katsaros seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

No luck for Tarzan with that takedown attempt.
Katsaros misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Katsaros throws a leg kick but Tarzan sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Tarzan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Katsaros is fending him off so far but Tarzan persists. Nope, Katsaros circles away and we're back to standing.
That kick from Katsaros tenderised Tarzan's leg. Tarzan is trying to keep his angry face on.
Tarzan is breathing heavily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Horrible takedown by Tarzan or perhaps it was just good defense by Katsaros which made him look bad.
Katsaros lands a jab to Tarzan's midsection.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Tarzan closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Katsaros to the mat! Katsaros manages to get full guard.

Katsaros connects with a leg kick. Tarzan looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Katsaros fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jab, jab by Katsaros - just one landing.
Katsaros connects with a body shot that sends Tarzan's belly button to the back.
Tarzan chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Katsaros can pounce on him.
Tarzan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
A thudding body kick lands there by Katsaros!
Tarzan gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
