Omega Weapon comes to the cage accompanied by Faith No More - Land of Sunshine. Michaels has chosen Gimme Shelter as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michaels connects with a body shot that sends Omega Weapon's belly button to the back.
Michaels lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Omega Weapon circles away quickly and effectively.
Omega Weapon moves out of range as Michaels strikes.

Karl Michaels seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Some bone on bone action there as Michaels checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
The fighters circling - Omega Weapon throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Michaels connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Omega Weapon momentarily.
Omega Weapon misses with an uppercut. Michaels saw that one coming.
Nice uppercut lands for Michaels. That snapped Omega Weapon's head back.
Omega Weapon pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
A decent looking cross lands there for Michaels.

Omega Weapon needs to keep his hands up - Michaels had a free shot at his head there.

Michaels uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Omega Weapon.
Omega Weapon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Michaels attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Omega Weapon misses with a straight right.
Omega Weapon lands with a straight right. Michaels didn't see that one coming.
Omega Weapon moves out of range of the strikes.

Michaels drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Sloppy strikes from Omega Weapon. Those never looked like landing.

Michaels drops Omega Weapon with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Omega Weapon looks back up at him and smiles so Michaels waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Omega Weapon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Michaels cracks Omega Weapon with a left hook right on the temple and Omega Weapon goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Michaels lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Omega Weapon is OK!
