Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fu Manchu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Schkelpt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mikey Schkelpt will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manchu throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Schkelpt sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Manchu blocks a jab.
Schkelpt pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Schkelpt moves out of range of the strikes.
Schkelpt jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

It looks like Fu Manchu has been cut.
Schkelpt moves in looking to clinch but Manchu pushes him off.
A telegraphed right hand from Schkelpt misses the target.
Schkelpt sizes up Manchu with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Manchu displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Schkelpt throws out the jab.

Schkelpt gets in close and instigates a clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A quick uppercut on the inside from Schkelpt.
Schkelpt lands a left hand that snaps the head of Manchu backwards.
Schkelpt has Manchu pressed against the cage, preventing Manchu from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Manchu has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Schkelpt is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Manchu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Manchu slips a jab from Schkelpt.
Mikey Schkelpt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Manchu looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Schkelpt ducks under a wild hook from Manchu.

Manchu throws a hook but Schkelpt avoids it easily.
Schkelpt blocks a jab.
Manchu drops his hands momentarily and Schkelpt takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Schkelpt misses with a looping right.
Schkelpt fails in his attempt to clinch.
Manchu is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Schkelpt punishes Manchu's body with a nice straight punch.
A slow jab from Manchu misses its intended target.
Manchu is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Schkelpt's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Schkelpt tries to close the distance and clinch but Manchu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Schkelpt cracks Manchu with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Manchu looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Schkelpt finish him?

Fu Manchu's cut is getting worse.
Manchu pushes Schkelpt away with a front kick.
Schkelpt is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Manchu slips under a jab from Schkelpt.
Schkelpt might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Manchu throws a jab but it's blocked by Schkelpt.

Schkelpt sends Manchu crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Schkelpt is motioning to the referee to let Manchu up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Manchu is rocked!
Schkelpt is looking to clinch.
Oh Manchu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Schkelpt throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Schkelpt throws out a loose jab but Manchu uses good head movement to avoid it.
Manchu ducks under a wild hook from Schkelpt.
Manchu seems to have got his legs back now.
Manchu ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Schkelpt moves away.

Manchu tries to move into range but Schkelpt moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Fu Manchu's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Schkelpt throws a series of punches but Manchu avoids them all with ease.
Schkelpt slips a jab and a cross from Manchu.

Schkelpt moves into the clinch.

Manchu breaks the clinch.
Schkelpt swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A swing and a miss from Schkelpt.
Schkelpt tries to close the distance and clinch up but Manchu swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Schkelpt feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Manchu sprawling to the canvas! Manchu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Schkelpt finish him?!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Manchu takes a swing at Schkelpt's ribcage but misses.
Manchu throws the left hand but Schkelpt avoids the punch easily.
The fighters circling - Schkelpt throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A big right from Schkelpt misses.
Schkelpt moves away from the strike by Manchu.
Manchu swings for the body but Schkelpt moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Schkelpt misses the target.
