The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stormcrow connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Gracie takes a jab right on the kisser.
Nice takedown defense from Stormcrow. No joy for Gracie on that attempt.
Gracie fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stormcrow's waist but Stormcrow gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rover Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gracie shoots in but no luck this time.
Gracie blocks a head kick by Stormcrow.
Stormcrow slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Stormcrow breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gracie tries to move into range but Stormcrow moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Gracie avoids the body shot from Stormcrow.
Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stormcrow is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Stormcrow circles away and we're back to standing.
No joy there for Stormcrow, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stormcrow displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie.
Bowser Stormcrow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A decent looking cross lands there for Stormcrow.
Stormcrow lands a nice hook to Gracie's body. Gracie takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Stormcrow defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie.
Gracie fails with the takedown.
Whack! Stormcrow lands a heavy head kick that drops Gracie. The ref tackles Stormcrow to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Gracie was done.

After the fight, Bowser Stormcrow was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
