Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Peter Taphorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valko Dragov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dragov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Go to Sleep - Eminem, Obie Trice, & DMX kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Valko Dragov acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taphorn fails in his attempt to clinch.
Dragov throws a push kick but Taphorn slaps the foot to one side.
Taphorn throws the kick towards the body but Dragov avoids it.
Dragov moves out of range as Taphorn strikes.
Dragov swats away the attempt to clinch by Taphorn.
Dragov throws a lazy right hand but Taphorn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Dragov tries for a takedown but Taphorn sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Taphorn drives through with a takedown into Dragov's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Taphorn stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dragov swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Dragov looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Taphorn is defending well. Dragov quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Taphorn has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Dragov celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

After winning the bout, Valko Dragov thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
