The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Shimizu moves into the clinch.

Livington jumps guard.
Shimizu wants to stand and escape but instead Livington has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Shimizu on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Shimizu tries to get out of the position.
Shimizu looking to hit a scissor sweep but Livington is one step ahead there.
Livington throwing strikes but missing.
Shimizu knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Livington on the ground.
Livington prevents Shimizu from getting back to his feet.
Shimizu keeping moving, preventing Livington from controlling successfully.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Antonio Livington wasn't active enough on the ground.
Livington is looking to clinch but Shimizu is avoiding it.

Shimizu misses with a few strikes there.
Shimizu fails with an attempt to clinch.
Livington with a poor takedown

and Shimizu counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Livington down! Shimizu is looking to finish but Livington is intelligently defending himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Livington lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Shimizu!
Shimizu throws a strike but has given up his back in the process.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shimizu prevents Livington from getting a body triangle.

Livington is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Shimizu won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Livington off his unconscious opponent!
