Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Equinox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Justice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Equinox throws a series of punches but Justice moves out of range.
Nice body kick from Justice.
Justice loads up on a big right hand but Equinox slips the punch.
Justice fails with a takedown attempt.
A choreographed right hand from Justice misses the target.

Justice closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Justice postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Equinox is looking to reverse the position.

Justice cracks Equinox with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Justice lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Equinox hang on?
Oh Equinox is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
