Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Renato Crashing Mashin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vince Dixon!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Dixon waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Crashing Mashin.
Dixon swings for the body but Crashing Mashin moves out of range.
Dixon looks to score with a jab to the body but Crashing Mashin is just out of range.
Dixon swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A punch lands to the side of Crashing Mashin 's head but he takes it in his stride.


It looks like Renato Crashing Mashin has been cut.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Dixon enables Crashing Mashin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dixon manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Crashing Mashin tries to free his leg and advance position but Dixon is retaining full guard.
Dixon is pulling down on Crashing Mashin's head. It's preventing any offense from Crashing Mashin, at least for the moment.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Crashing Mashin connects with a couple of short punches.
Crashing Mashin won't allow Dixon to sweep him here.
Dixon utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Crashing Mashin wants to control from the top but Dixon keeps moving.
Dixon is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Dixon throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dixon misses with a series of wild punches.
Crashing Mashin lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dixon backs up against the cage.


It looks like Vince Dixon has been cut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Crashing Mashin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dixon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Crashing Mashin somewhat.
Dixon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Crashing Mashin was well out of range. Poor timing from Dixon.
Crashing Mashin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dixon but Dixon pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Crashing Mashin misses with a takedown attempt - Dixon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Renato Crashing Mashin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dixon stuffs the takedown attempt from Crashing Mashin. Crashing Mashin gets slowly back to his feet.
Crashing Mashin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Good shot there by Dixon.

Dixon closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Dixon lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Crashing Mashin backwards.

Dixon comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Dixon misses with a hook from the clinch.

Renato Crashing Mashin's cut is getting worse.
Dixon tries to stall but Crashing Mashin uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Crashing Mashin tries to pull guard but Dixon holds him up against the cage and eventually Crashing Mashin drops back down to his feet.
Dixon lands an elbow just above Crashing Mashin 's eye.


Renato Crashing Mashin's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Dixon slowing the pace effectively.
Crashing Mashin drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Dixon gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dixon lands a good knee to the midsection. Crashing Mashin won't want to take too many of those.
Crashing Mashin is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dixon is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Dixon cracks Crashing Mashin with a nice body shot.
Dixon controlling the action here for a moment.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Vince Dixon.
A nice inside leg kick there by Dixon. That's going to slow Crashing Mashin down.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Dixon looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Crashing Mashin!
Dixon unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Crashing Mashin wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Dixon celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vince Dixon!
