Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Naruto Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and La Vics (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakuraba swats away the attempt to clinch by Vics.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sakuraba connects with a nice short shot to Vics's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sakuraba seems to be working for a kimura but Vics defends the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Naruto Sakuraba really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Vitality logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
