The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Seu Braga and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rafinan throws a shot from downtown. Hoehne moves away and avoids it.
Rafinan misses with a looping left.
Hoehne staying out of range there.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Nice uppercut there from Rafinan.
Rafinan gets caught napping as Hoehne dives in and scores a takedown. Rafinan manages to retain guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Hoehne tries to free his leg and advance position but Rafinan is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hoehne landing some decent shots from guard.
Hoehne drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hoehne jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Rafinan landing heel shots to his opponent's back. Hoehne not amused, grabs the leg and drops back, looking for a heel hook. Rafinan doesn't react quick enough and Hoehne cranks it - Rafinan screams in pain and taps out! That was a really quick submission! Impressive stuff!
