Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Danny Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mauricio Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rua has chosen Roy Jones - Can't be touched as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mauricio Rua was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Danny Lynch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mauricio Rua!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Saam Ante and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynch bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Rua's head backwards.
Rua shoots in looking for a takedown but Lynch manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Rua's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Nice defenses there by Rua.
Lynch lands with a nice combination. Rua backs away looking to recover.
Rua avoids the body shot from Lynch.
Lynch cracks Rua with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Rua throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lynch tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rua is in Lynch's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rua tries to free his leg and advance position but Lynch is retaining full guard.

Rua drops back looking for a leg! Lynch is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Lynch manages to kick Rua off! Rua jumps back into Lynch's guard.
Rua stops Lynch from standing up.
Rua pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lynch is keeping the position for now.

Rua drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lynch manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rua has Lynch in his guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rua striking off his back but it's not causing Lynch any problems.

Rua pushes a forearm under Lynch's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Lynch is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
