These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jelani takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Jelani takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Jelani throws a front kick aimed at Sackett's knee but Sackett avoids it well.
Sackett throws a leg kick which misses Jelani's front leg but catches the back leg as Jelani tries to avoid it.
Jelani throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Jelani swings for the body but Sackett moves out of range.
Jelani takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Jelani swinging wildly here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sackett throws a wild body kick that Jelani sees coming a mile off.
Sackett wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Sackett cracks Jelani with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Jabari Jelani has been cut.
Jelani takes one on the button.
Jelani looks to land a combination. Sackett sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Galloway Sackett has been cut.
Jelani looks gassed!
Jelani on the wrong end of a nice jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jelani checks a low kick from Sackett.
Sackett scores with a jab.
Sackett throws a leg kick
and Jelani counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Sackett feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jelani sprawling to the canvas! Jelani rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sackett finish him?!

Jelani is rocked!

That has opened up Jabari Jelani's cut even more.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sackett plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Jelani swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Jelani face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
