Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Blachovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Columbar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blachovich's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Metallica - Enter Sandman. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Columbar.
Columbar throws out a leg kick but Blachovich moves out of range and Columbar only half commits.
Blachovich blocks the body kick.
Columbar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Blachovich tries to score a power double leg takedown but Columbar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Blachovich somewhat.
Crunch! Columbar slams his shin into Blachovich's torso.

Blachovich drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Blachovich will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Blachovich looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Columbar is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Blachovich off and has taken his back!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Columbar thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.

Blachovich tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Columbar swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Blachovich is now in Columbar's guard. A big mistake from Columbar there, giving up the dominant position!

Blachovich throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Blachovich throws an elbow that misses. Columbar uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Blachovich's guard. Nice move by Columbar!

Blachovich has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Columbar doesn't defend quickly enough and Blachovich has managed to lock this one up! Can Columbar escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Blachovich on a fantastic submission victory.

John Blachovich was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
