The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
David throws a shot to the body.
David connects with a right hand. Hunter shakes it off.
David slips a straight right by Hunter.
David misses the shot to the body.
Some wild striking there from David.
Hunter fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but David avoids it really well and circles away.
Hunter thuds a left hand into David's body.
David connects with a looping right hand.

Hunter is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hunter scores with a shot to the body.
Hunter looks to score with a jab to the body but David is just out of range.
David lands a jab to the nose.
Oh Hunter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
David tries to clinch up.
David throws a looping overhand right but Hunter ducks down to avoid it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
David looks to land a combination but Hunter avoids it well.
Nice jab there from David.
David misses with the combination.
Hunter dives in and grabs David's left leg, looking for a takedown. David pushes down on Hunter's head and hops out.
Nice sprawl there from David as Hunter shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Travis Hunter. That's going to take a lot out of him.

David forces Hunter back against the cage and clinches.
David tries to throw a body punch but Hunter avoids it by throwing David back against the cage.
Hunter misses with a shot to the kidneys.
David scores with a shoulder strike.
David lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Hunter is looking for a takedown up against the cage. David gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
David lands with a short punch from the clinch.

David escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A slow jab from Hunter misses its intended target.
David tries to close the distance and clinch but Hunter swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
David connects with a crisp jab.

David clinches up against the cage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
David misses with a short punch on the inside.

David breaks from the clinch.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Hunter. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Hunter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
David rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hunter moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hunter scores with a jab.
Hunter showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from David.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
David swinging wildly here.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by David!
David ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
David drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Hunter right on the button. Hunter goes down! David follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! David gets the win via TKO!

Melekh David decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
