Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Soa Palelei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cinder Smaug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Palelei might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Miracle - We Ain't Scared. This should be a great matchup!

Smaug stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

That was a close round but I would say that Soa Palelei will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Palelei lands a left and a right that send Smaug crashing to the mat, dazed. Palelei thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smaug lands a leg kick that knocks Palelei off balance momentarily.
Smaug throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Palelei pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Palelei takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Palelei tries to clinch but Smaug moves out of range.

Palelei clinches up with Smaug and pushes him back against the cage.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Palelei breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Palelei misses the shot to the body.
Palelei doesn't manage to clinch there - Smaug circles away.
Palelei takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Smaug throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Palelei stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Smaug steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Palelei.

and Smaug counters with a crisp right hand that drops Palelei! Smaug lets Palelei back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Oh Palelei is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Palelei wants to stay close but Smaug steps back to make room for something. Palelei seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Smaug and Palelei drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Cinder Smaug!
After winning the bout, Cinder Smaug thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
