Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pile throws a jab but it's blocked by Long.
Pile throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Pile throws a low kick but Long avoids it.
Long works the jab nicely.
A low kick from Pile is predictable there

and Long counters with a shoot takedown. Pile fights it but they end up in guard.
Long with a flurry of punches that miss.

Pile got a little sloppy there for a moment and Long has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pile has managed to get both his arms back between Long's legs - danger averted.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

How Long has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Long tries to close the distance and clinch but Pile swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Long throws an overhand right that lands on Pile's shoulder, as Pile tries to avoid the shot.

Stock Pile seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pile does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Well Long has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
