Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jean Pierre Babin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boing Sparbot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Babin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to South Park - Let's Fighting Love. The crowd seem to be enjoying Sparbot's choice of entrance music: Boeing 777. Boing Sparbot has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Babin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sparbot defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Babin.
Babin misses with a looping left.
Sparbot swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sparbot throws a leg kick but Babin sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Sparbot throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Good leg kick by Babin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Babin has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Sparbot's face.
Babin postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Sparbot looks a forlorn figure.

That was a close round but I would say that Jean Pierre Babin will probably get the nod.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Babin connects with a nice short shot to Sparbot's temple.

Sparbot ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Babin moves away.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Babin lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Sparbot has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Sparbot and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Boing Sparbot has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Sparbot thows a body shot but no joy.
Sparbot throws out a loose jab but Babin uses good head movement to avoid it.

Babin wants the takedown. Sparbot is fighting it off but Babin persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Sparbot's guard against the cage.

Sparbot is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jean Pierre Babin.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Babin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
