The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obsut with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Obsut takes a swing at Nash's ribcage but misses.
Obsut connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Nash throws a looping overhand right but Obsut ducks down to avoid it.
Nash displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Obsut throws out the jab.
Obsut misses with a right hand
and Nash counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Obsut is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Obsut cracks Nash with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Nash is looking to chop away at Obsut's legs.
Obsut throws a looping overhand right but Nash ducks down to avoid it.
Nash throws a head kick that misses.
Obsut throws a jab when Nash was well out of range.
Nash displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Obsut throws out the jab.

Obsut takes a swing at Nash's ribcage but misses.
Nash connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Blake Nash is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Obsut bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Obsut creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Nash is looking for a sweep.
Nash sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Obsut missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Nash keeping hold of Obsut's head, controlling as best he can.
Obsut tries to pass the half guard into mount. Nash knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Nash tries to get to full guard but Obsut has control of the leg.
Obsut missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Obsut has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Obsut working over Nash with some ground and pound. Nash looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Obsut wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nash keeps working.
Obsut throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Obsut is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Nash is just riding it out for now. Obsut eventually gives up the hold.

Nash is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Obsut has latched onto it... Big trouble! Obsut pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Nash is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Obsut!
