The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akabaro steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Simon.
Simon looks to land a left hand but Akabaro moved out of range nicely.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Akabaro.
Akabaro throws a body punch but Simon moves out of range.

Akabaro slips under a jab from Simon.
Akabaro throws a sloppy head kick and Simon moves out of range easily.
Simon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A chopping leg kick lands by Akabaro.
Akabaro throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Simon sees it coming and avoids it easily.
An inside leg kick lands from Akabaro.
Akabaro bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Simon walks into a straight right hand from Akabaro.
A solid leg kick lands there for Akabaro.
Simon looks gassed!

Simon just misses with a punch to the body.
Simon takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Akabaro throws a quick inside leg kick.
Kwame Akabaro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Akabaro does it's job there.
