Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malaik Hamadani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Miagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hamadani's entrance music is Prince Of Persia - Welcome Within. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miagi doesn't manage to clinch there - Hamadani circles away.
Hamadani is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Miagi holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Hamadani tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Hamadani misses with a hook to the ribs.
Hamadani is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Miagi gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Miagi lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Hamadani creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Miagi jumps guard but Hamadani stands there with Miagi around his waist. Miagi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hamadani moves in looking to clinch but Miagi pushes him off.

Miagi pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hamadani back to the cage. Miagi follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Hamadani has Miagi pressed against the cage, preventing Miagi from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Hamadani has Miagi pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Miagi manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Hamadani works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Miagi can't keep his opponent in guard - Hamadani advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hamadani uses his free foot to push down on Miagi's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Miagi.

Hamadani is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Hamadani extends the arm and Miagi is forced to tap!
