Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Darius Badolato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Sutter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Badolato comes into the arena with Nneka - Heartbeat blaring out of the sound system. Eric Sutter struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 186.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Badolato throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sutter looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Badolato fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sutter manages to avoid it.
Sutter ducks under a wild hook from Badolato.

Badolato fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Badolato creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Sutter sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Badolato thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Sutter takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Badolato slows the pace down.

Badolato tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Badolato has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
