Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Akira Toriyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey O Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toriyama kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Three 6 Mafia - It's a Fight. O Neill is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Oasis- Fuckin' In The Bushes. Mickey O Neill has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Akira Toriyama's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Toriyama.
O Neill swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Toriyama is on the wrong end of a nice combination from O Neill.

It looks like Akira Toriyama has been cut.
O Neill throws a right and a left that both miss.
O Neill throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
O Neill takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

O Neill tries to close the distance and clinch but Toriyama swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

O Neill tries to bum rush Toriyama with a series of wild strikes but Toriyama uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

O Neill walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Toriyama scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

O Neill stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Toriyama.
Toriyama fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and O Neill has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Toriyama connects with a leg kick. O Neill looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Toriyama is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. O Neill looks calm but he's in trouble here. Toriyama gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. O Neill is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Toriyama lets go of the hold and O Neill can pop his arm back in it's socket.

A very excited looking Akira Toriyama rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
