Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taka Hana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Hinch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taka Hana could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Stevie Hinch's chin.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hinch ducks under a wild hook from Hana.
Hana slaps away a takedown attempt from Hinch, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hinch slips a jab and a cross from Hana.
Hana misses with a few strikes there.
Hinch takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Stevie Hinch has been cut.
Hinch fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hana avoids it really well and circles away.
Hinch changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hana looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hana is looking to reverse the position.

It looks like Taka Hana has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hana is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hinch wants to control but Hana is keeping him busy.
Hinch is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hana defends it well.

Hana thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Hinch distracts Hana with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Hana is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hinch wants to pass the guard but Hana is keeping the position.

Hinch thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hana's head.

Hana is staying active underneath Hinch, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Hana on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hana tries to get out of the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
