Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ogami Itto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mag Ne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ne has chosen Blå and Black - Nephew as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ogami Itto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mag Ne!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Itto.
Itto misses with a hook to the body
and Ne counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Itto thinking.
Itto fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ne has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

A nice inside leg kick there by Itto. That's going to slow Ne down.
Itto throws a low kick, looking for Ne's leg but Ne calmly moves out of range.
Itto is looking to chop away at Ne's legs.
Itto scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Itto throws a quick inside leg kick.
Itto keeps the fight on the outside.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Itto, right into the meat.
Ne keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Itto looks to throw the jab but Ne is out of range.
Itto takes a swing at Ne's ribcage but misses.
Itto connects with a solid leg kick.
Itto lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Mag Ne has been cut.
Ne misses with a looping right.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Itto cracks the inside of Ne's front leg.
Ne stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Itto.
Ne lands a body shot.
Ne lands a glancing blow to the side of Itto's head.
A nice leg kick lands there from Itto.
Ne looks gassed!
Ne ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Itto moves away.
Itto lands a lovely overhand right.
Ne throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ne takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A nice leg kick lands there from Itto.
Itto works the jab nicely.
Itto misses with an attempted mid kick.
A cross from Itto lands.

Itto lands a big uppercut and Ne crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ne looks OK. Itto waves Ne back to his feet!

Ne is rocked!
Ne throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ne is still on wobbly legs! Can Itto finish him?

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ne swings widly with a right hand
and Itto counters with an outside leg kick.
Nice body kick there by Itto.
Itto closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ne! Itto dives in looking to finish! Ne is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ogami Itto!
Ogami Itto gave a mention to Adrenaline in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
