Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roland Deschain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Deschain's choice of entrance music: Giving In-- As made famous by Adema. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joe Boxer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roland Deschain!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jonathan Paton and Joseph Jones.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxer tries to work over Deschain's front leg with a kick but Deschain checks it.
Boxer thows a left - swing and a miss!
Boxer cracks Deschain with an open hand slap.
Boxer looks to throw the jab but Deschain is out of range.
Deschain moves out of range of the leg kick from Boxer.
Deschain walks into a jab.
Deschain tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Boxer was well out of range. Poor timing from Deschain.
Deschain shoots for a takedown but Boxer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
No luck for Deschain with that takedown attempt.
Deschain avoids the head kick by Boxer.

Boxer shoots in and gets a takedown into Deschain's guard.
Deschain avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Deschain looking to hit a scissor sweep but Boxer is one step ahead there.

Deschain manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Boxer manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Boxer working for a triangle but Deschain defends it easily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Deschain with a flurry of punches that miss.

Boxer throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Deschain escapes and throws Boxer's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Deschain staying calm.
Boxer is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Deschain asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Deschain wants to take a breather but Boxer manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Deschain.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Deschain accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Boxer utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Deschain drives through with a takedown into Boxer's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Roland Deschain comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Deschain has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
