The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jakof shoots in and bounces Hatt off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Jakof trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Hatt is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Jakof has gone for a leg lock! Hatt slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jakof's guard.
Hatt has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Hatt tries to free his leg and advance position but Jakof is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jakof is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Hatt has his hands clasped together but Jakof extends an breaks Hatt's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Jakof.
